Thank you for this great information. I was just diagnosed with osteopenia and am taking it seriously. I was wondering whether you have an opinion on whether rowing can augment bone health. I have read different viewpoints about this. Thanks.

Thanks for reading and engaging with this topic. I'm glad you're taking this topic seriously. I haven't seen much about rowing and bones in older adults, but in youth, it seems that the effects are not very impressive. It no doubt has lots of great benefits to cardio and core, etc, but it wouldn't be high on the list for bone density. Here are a few studies to check out:
